How to get started with ASMA?

Whether for Agent Evaluation and Quality Measurement or gathering Customer feedback and research, ASMA delievers imediately.

The process to get started is as follows:

  1. Place Order - We will send you an official quotation.
  2. Send Us the Survey - You send (or we assist in developing) the questions for your survey.
  3. Record and Test - We (or you) record your survey questions onto the ASMA server. You then test the system to ensure it meets your needs. Once OK, we provide you with your secure web site to access the real time results and verbatim recordings.
  4. Go-Live - Your agents then simply invite callers to take part in the survey and transfer callers to ASMA.
  5. Monitor Results - You download your real-time results (or have them delivered automatically), listen to verbatim comments if appropriate, and analyse your survey results to monitor and improve customer satisfaction, help plan your Customer Experience policies or assist agent Evaluation.
