What is AIDR?
AIDR (Automated Impending Date Reminder) reduces costs incurred by DNA's (Do Not Attend) by sending a telephone reminder, a text or email message direct to your client or patient. Savings can be huge; for example, NHS appointments cost £130 per missed appointment - a total of over £162 million in the UK alone, according to the Institute of Healthcare Management.

The service allows you to link your diary and contact system or simply enter the number, date and time of a customer/patients appointments via our web interface. Prior to their attendance, the system will automatically contact them, confirming the date and time of the appointment, asking them to confirm attendance, rearrange or cancel - allowing you opportunity to reuse the time.
